3 types of experts at your service

HubSpot and Salesforce support your marketing, sales and customer service teams, for high-performance AI-enhanced customer relationship management.

The consultant

Everything begins with a careful gathering of your requirements by our consultants, aiming to set clear objectives with you. Through collaborative workshops, we envision your future working environment together. After this, our consultants are responsible for selecting and configuring the most suitable Salesforce features to bring the desired environment to life. Once these configurations are completed, your environment is ready to launch. We then begin user training within your company. Cloud Ambiance supports you over the long term; after launching your new work environment, our consultants work to maintain your Salesforce CRM at its peak potential.

The developer

With expertise in programming and an in-depth knowledge of Salesforce CRM, the developer’s role is to design and create solutions tailored to your needs. Every business is unique, so it’s essential to build a customized work environment. A developer can also enhance the performance of existing solutions or automate specific tasks. In short, our developers are here to create personalized tools that increase your efficiency and quality.

The architect

Once the goals have been defined, the architect takes charge of the overall vision of the project. Their mission is to assess the chosen solution in terms of its impact on the business and its feasibility. After this evaluation, they select the Salesforce features and technologies needed to achieve your goals. This strategic planning aims to create a solid, sustainable, and intelligent foundation for your new work environment. To ensure the quality of their analysis, the architect adheres to best practices—those recommended and approved by Salesforce and its community.
